What's better than fresh pasta? Fresh pasta every day! Last week I had fresh pasta almost every days and, of course, i loved it ! Maybe because I'm Italian and we've got an unconditional love for pasta?

Anyway I made some tortelli with pumpkin and amaretti for lunch on tuesday and then Pasta Evangelist contacted me if i wanted to try it out their pasta delivery service and i thought why not?

On a thursday afternoon i received a chilled box containing Marbled beef and truffle tortelli with sage butter and taralli crumbs + Wholegrain tagliatelle with slow cooked lentils ragu'.

The box was carefully packed with ice blocks at the bottom to keep the pasta cool and recipe cards on how to make it!

It took me max 10 mins from start to finish to make two delicious meals, restaurant quality.

I must say i was skeptical at the beginning but both of the meals were divine, i was very impressed indeed by the taste and freshness of the ingredients.
