Buckwheat & wild thyme crackers




This recipe it's seriously addictive and so easy to do if you want an healthy snack. It's also gluten free and vegan, very good to serve with some dips or on its own!




Ingredients

140 gr buckwheat flour

100 gr almond flour

1 tsp sea salt

black pepper to taste

2 tsp wild thyme (or rosemary, sage, oregano )

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

90 ml water


Method

Preheat the oven at 180 C.

Mix all the dry ingredients (flours, salt, pepper, herbs) and add the liquids mixing with a fork.

Once the ingredients are all combined knead the dough until smooth and divide it into two.

Roll out each dough into 2 mm thickness on a baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper and cut it in any shape you like.

Bake them for 12- 15 mins always keeping an eye.

Let it cool & enjoy! They keep well for 5 days in an airtight container.
